    Depending on the property, we offer single/double/triple and quadruple rooms.

  • Do you have rooms with private bathrooms?

    Yes—some rooms have private bathrooms, others have shared bathrooms depending on the property. So check carefully the room's services before to go ahead with your reservation

  • Do you have twin beds (two separate beds) in double rooms?

    No. We don’t have double rooms with two separate beds. If needed, we may offer a triple room option with a small upgrade.

  • Are special requests always possible?

    Special requests depend on availability and may have an additional cost (always agreed in advance).

  • How is the total price calculated?

    The total includes the room rate plus the city tax (see “Taxes” below).

Taxes

  • Is there a city tax in Rome?

    Yes. City tax is €5 or 6€ per person per night. It depends by the accommodation:

  • Is the city tax included in the total price?

    The total price is calculated including city tax (room city tax)

  • How is the city tax calculated?

    City tax = number of guests × number of nights × €5 (or €6)

  • Do children pay city tax?

    The city tax is paid starting from the age of ten.

  • When do I pay the city tax?

    It is included in the total calculation; payment method depends on how you pay for the stay.

Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Cash at the property (saving pos/bank commissions), PayPal, or credit card

  • Can I pay cash for my stay?

    Yes. For stays longer than 1 night, cash can be paid anytime

  • I have a 1-night stay—can I pay cash?

    For 1-night stays, the card may be charged 24 hours before check-in. Cash is only possible if you arrive before 3:00 PM

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    It depends on the booking conditions

  • Can I pay in advance?

Check-in / Check-out

  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in is from 2:00 PM (just for Domus Turno Check-in is from 3:00 PM).

  • What time is check-out?

    Check-out is at 10:00 AM

  • Is early check-in possible?

    We cannot promise room access before 2:00 PM (or 3:00 PM at Domus Turno).

    On request we can allow to leave your luggages into the common area and get the keys of your room (but not the access to your room).

  • Can I enter the room before 2:00 PM if it looks ready?

    No—please do not try to access your room before 2:00 PM

  • Is late check-in possible?

    Yes—self check-in allows you to arrive at your convenience

  • How does self check-in work?

    If you filled the check-in online, you will receive an “Access” email (the day before, or same day for last-minute bookings) with your login details and instructions.

  • I didn’t receive the “Access” email—what should I do?

    If you filled the check-in online and now is the day before, or same day of your arrival pleas contact us.

  • Do I need to meet someone to get keys?

    No. Access is managed via the self check-in instructions provided to you

  • Is there any on-site staff at night?
